Our server (Savana) was excellent. It was her first day but you wouldn't know it. She was very articulate, knowledgeable, and professional. We went for brunch and Kaylena was an exceptional server! We had the Açaí bowel which was wonderful! Fruit was very fresh! Steak and eggs were wonderful- so tender.

Service is the first level. Food did not disappoint me but not surprise me as well. Parking is a big issue at Purdue. I had my tour first and came here for dinner. Even the restaurant validated 2 hours for me, I still had to pay $7.

The wine selection was excellent, and everything we enjoyed was top-notch. What truly made the night special was our server, Mason. His customer service was absolutely exceptional. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu and wine offerings, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. It’s rare to find someone who elevates a dining experience the way Mason did. Between the incredible atmosphere, great wine, outstanding food, and world-class service, Bistro 811 exceeded our expectations in every way. Ashling was an amazing server! I was a bit hesitant with so many great menu options, but she took the time to break everything down and gave us excellent recommendations. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was also amazing, everything we tried was delicious. Thanks a lot 8Eleven! We came here right after my husband's graduation ceremony and everything was so great! Our lovely waitress, Emma (hopefully I heard her name correctly! 😭), was so sweet and made our night extra special. They had a special graduation drink and it was sooo good! For our starter, we had the goat cheese crème brûlée, which was absolutely awesome, and our main courses were fantastic as well. Once again, thank you so much for making this night so special for us. We definitely recommend 8Eleven for any special occasion! Boiler up!! 🚂
